Description

Ply separator made of aluminum and steel alloys. This machine incorporates depth and thickness regulators, stainless steel rollers, high quality long life blades, electric engine and anti-entrapment system.

Cutting system

Composed by a blade made of a high-strength chrome-steel alloy, able to separate up to 0.35 mm thick layers. 8 mm maximum thickness above the cut and 5mm below it.

The system can also include a cross-cutting kit (optional), able to remove the material as layers are separated. This type of cut is ideal for stepped splices and for preparing the belts end for recessed fastener installation.
