Description
Semiautomatic skiving machine, made in aluminum for bevelling up to 350 mm wide belts. SKV includes adjustable working table (by means of high precision linear ball bearings), clamping bar, bevel angle regulator, sandpaper roller, polycarbonate safety screen and depth limiter. Connection to dust collector (not included).
Bevel adjustment
The bevel angle can be easily regulated with the knob up to 32 steps of tilt, and thanks to the working table and the depth limiter, a perfect bevel is easily achieved.
Skiving system
It incorporates a sandpaper drive roller with height and speed adjustment. The main unit includes a frequency converter to control the speed. Quick change of the roller also included.
