Description
Steel made. Two models available: for up to 1300 mm & for up to 2100 mm (other dimensions under request). Incorporates pressure system, 2 welding heads, led light, belt aligners and storage cabinet.
The open-ended design makes it possible to work on endless belts. The minimum perimeter is 885mm and min. belt width for 2 V-guides is 330mm
It is possible to weld 2 profiles simultaneously. The heads can be moved depending on the required placement. Once set, fine adjustment can be used to reach the exact position of the profile.
Adjustments
Both heads can be adjusted independently, in order to work on belts of different thickness at the same time.
They can be regulated in terms of height and depth, to achieve the perfect position according to the size of the profile. At the same time, once the heads are set, they can be fixed in a more precise way, amending up to 20 mm by means of the knob.
The travel speed of the belt can be regulated from the potentiometer.
Reverse movement included for the correction of the position before starting the operation.
Heating System
Composed by 2 Leister welders that independtly control the airflow and the temperature.
Pressure System
Adjustable pressure of the main pulley depending on the height and width of the profile.
Controllers
The integrated control unit regulates trawl speed and also start and end of cycle.
