Wi-BOX control unit allows a secure network, to which it can be connected through any device with WIFI, such as a tablet or smartphone, having real-time information on the entire splicing process.
The use of multiple recipes, with the main parameterization data, facilitates the programming of the press in each job, optimizing the time in each splice. Recipes allow us to record customer data, operators, belt characteristics, temperature and time configuration parameters.
Through a WIFI connection, it controls the process and monitoring of the splice in real time by connecting remotely with any tablet, laptop or mobile phone.
Automatically generates personalized pdf reports at the end of each job.
The recipes and reports are saved directly in the internal memory of the WI-BOX, which has an unlimited capacity to store them.
WI-BOX is placed in a case with an IP67 protection level for easy transport.
