Description
Steel made press. It is composed by frame, adjustable and extensible arm, heating platens, airbag and controllers.
It includes:
- Heating pad: 440 x 340 mm, 500 x 220 mm
- Airbag: 440 x 340 mm, 500 x 220 mm
- Set of packs: 60 x 300; 60 x 430; 60 x 500; 100 x 300; 100 x 430; 100 x 500
Controllers
Digital and independent control of the different heating areas (sidewall or tread). Easy programming. Automatic control of the whole vulcanization process once melting temperature and dwell time have been set. Includes pressure regulator, manometer, pneumatic valve with inflation/deflation control, thermometers and timer. Automatic alarm of end of cycle.
Pressure System
Pressure is uniform applied by airbag. Different sizes depending on the size of the damage to repair.
Heating System
Fast heating of the platens that transfer the heat to the aluminium moulds.
Inside the tire heat is applied by flexible heating pad, that adapts perfectly to the shape of the tire. Different dimensions according to the damage to repair
Placement and adjustment of the tire
The adjustment arms facilitate the right position of the tire, thanks to the horizontal and vertical displacement. Previously, the inner tire should be filed in with the packs supplied.
