Vulcanization cycle control and automation

FONMAX can control up to four heating platens from a single unit, optimizing equipment configuration and reducing the number of control units required during operation.

Its simple programming allows the setpoint temperature and dwell time to be defined. Based on these parameters, FONMAX automatically manages the cycle: heating until the programmed temperature is reached, holding it for the specified time, and activating cooling until the selected final temperature is reached.

Individual monitoring of each heating platen

The unit features an independent thermometer and ammeter for each heating platen, allowing the operator to monitor its performance throughout the process.

The current reading also helps detect potential anomalies in the press electrical system, providing an additional monitoring tool during operation.

Power supply monitoring

FONMAX incorporates a voltmeter to measure the input voltage, making it possible to check power supply conditions and identify potential anomalies that could affect equipment operation.

Automatic end-of-cycle notification

An audible and visual end-of-cycle alarm notifies the operator when the process is complete, making it easier to track progress without continuously monitoring the equipment.

Protection and ease of transport

All control components are integrated into a robust IP67-rated case, designed to protect the unit against typical working conditions and make it easy to transport and use at different locations.
