HMI Box is much more than a control box. It is a monitoring, recording and traceability tool designed to provide information on every vulcanization process.
From the touchscreen, the operator can configure the splice parameters, select previously stored recipes and graphically monitor the process in real time. The system automatically records cycle temperatures and times, creating a history associated with each job.

Recipes allow information relating to the customer, operator, belt and splice characteristics, temperatures and process times to be stored, streamlining parameter setup and speeding up the transition between jobs.
Data transformed into useful information
Once the vulcanization process is complete, the data recorded by HMI Box can be easily exported via USB. FONMAR also provides Fonmar Report Generator software, specifically developed to transform this data into a complete, customized PDF report, making it easier to archive, analyze and use as technical documentation for traceability, quality control and maintenance.
Fonmar Report Generator
Once the data has been extracted, Fonmar RG generates a report that includes job and operator identification, the configuration used, heating, vulcanization and cooling times, temperature records, a graphical representation of the cycle, and a data summary that facilitates review of the main process parameters and deviations.
In addition, the operator can add photographs and comments during the intervention, which remain associated with the job and are integrated into the final report. This provides an objective basis for quality control, maintenance, subsequent job analysis and potential audits.
