Description
Vulcanizing press designed to repair damage in the central area of conveyor belts up to 2,000 mm (78”) wide. It features a pneumatic pressure system, heating and cooling. The process is programmed through the built-in control unit and runs automatically: heating, dwelling the set temperature for the programmed time, and cooling. The high-strength, lightweight aluminum frame features handles for easy transport and positioning. The heating platens are removable to reduce weight during transportation.
Controls
The built-in control unit automatically manages the entire operating cycle: heating, vulcanization, and cooling. It allows users to set the temperature and dwell time, as well as control the pressure.
Pressure System
Pressure is applied by a pneumatic spring actuator, ensuring uniform pressure distribution across a 305 × 305 mm repair area. The equipment features a quick-connect pneumatic fitting and a safety valve to prevent overpressure. Maximum pressure: 7 kg/cm² (100 PSI).
Heating System
The heating platens can rotate up to 45° to adapt to different repair conditions. The daylight opening between the platens is 65 mm.
Cooling System
The heating platens feature an integrated rapid cooling system, made possible by their extruded aluminum profile. The equipment includes a power outlet for connecting a cooling pump.
