Description
Fully automatic puncher made in steel. For up to 3000mm wide belts. This machine incorporates pneumatic pressure system and is composed by frame, cutting head and clamping system for the belt.
Designed to use interchangeable knives positioned at different angles.
Laser guided for a perfect alignment of the belt and it includes work light.
This machine is intended for punching and cross cutting conveyor belts. Completely automatic process programmed from the HMI screen.
Knives
Interchangeable knives with quick change. Fonmar offers the following standard dimensions: 80x10, 50x20 and cross cutting. Others upon request.
The cutting surface (Nylon) moves forward a few milimeters after every use to preserve its useful life, to prevent cutting always on the same area.
Pressure
Cutting head driven from a pneumatic cylinder fed by a double container system for a constant supply of the air. The pressure may be regulated, depending on your requirements, from the touchscreen.
Clamping System
The belt is fixed by means of clamping bars placed on both sides, and actuated from a control panel situated on each side of the frame.
Controllers
Every process is set from the touch screen. Belt width, cutting distance, position of the profile, pitch, cutting time, situation of the head and direction of the punching (simple or double).
All the previous parameters can be saved as a recipe to save time next time.
Access to CCS for cross cutting.
Remote control and tracking of the whole process via WIFI with any tablet or smartphone.
Safety
Extreme care of the operator thanks to the integrated safety system that stops the interrupts the operation of the machine when safety doors are opened and supplies a minimum pressure to the clamping bars till they are closed again.
