Description

Workshop press made in steel and composed by sections. Available for different belt widths. The press incorporates hydraulic pressure system, heating system, cooling and purge system. Every section consists of top and bottom parts, with right angled aluminum platens that include silicone heating elements, cooling channels and temperature sensors. Length of the platen: 160mm 6,3”. Fully automatic process individually programmed (pressure, heating, dwell time and cooling). Security lock included. 

Lifting System 

Hydraulic lift up and put down process of every section. 

Controllers 

Easy programming control unit. Fully automatic process once set temperature and dwell time have been selected. Automatic Temperature Regulation System included (ATRS). A voltmeter helps to detect any issue in the power supply.  

Pressure System 

Pressure is equally applied on the belt by means of hydraulic cylinders placed inside every section. Maximum pressure is 7 bar (100 PSI). 

Individual control and regulation via digital display en every section, as well as indicators for end of cycle, emergency stop and lift up/put down.  

Heating System 

Fast heating up of the platens thanks to the silicone heating elements. Each one is specially made with an asymmetrical wiring, to supply a uniform heat all along the belt. The heating elements warm more at the ends to compensate the temperature loss and also to avoid heat concentration in the middle part. Programmable temperatura up to 200ºC. 

Cooling System 

Water cooling system composed by water channels inside the aluminum platen, through which water is flown with a solenoid. It favours a rapid drop of the temperature and reduces waiting time for a new work. Cooling and water purge are activated automatically at the end of the cycle. 

Bolts 

Easily adjustable. Aluminum made with a 2 safety factor (able to withstand twice the load pressure of the machine). Bolts can also be fixed on the top part of the section (option upon request).
